Published on: 10th March 2020   |   By: Geraint Roberts   |   Category: Hemel Hempstead Town F.C

Hemel Hempstead Town thrashed Royston Town 5-0 in the Hertfordshire Charity Cup semi-final on Tuesday night. (March 10)

The victory means they will now face Berkhamsted in the final at a later date.

Hemel went into the half time break leading by a goal to nil thanks to a goal on the 28th minute from Aaron Jarvis.

The Tudors showed their class in the second half, with Theo Widdrington kicking off the scoring on his debut to double their lead.

Jarvis got his second goal and Deon Moore also grabbed a brace to complete the scoring at 5-0.

Hemel will now face neighbours and lower league side Berkhamsted in the Herts Charity Cup final.

The Tudors have picked up a bit of form recently after a poor spell of results in January and February, and now have two cup finals to look forward to, as well as continuing their push for a play-off spot.
