Police were called at around 12.25pm on Monday, May 15, following reports of a road traffic collision on Beechen Grove, Watford.
Officers attended alongside colleagues from the ambulance service.
It is reported that two vehicles were involved, and road closures have been put in place until the vehicles have been recovered.
Three people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
