A Chalfont St Peter senior carer has been recognised by her employers for 25 years of loyal service.
Susan Henry first began working at Chalfont Lodge Care Home in April 1998. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to provide support to residents and staff, eventually rising to the rank of senior carer.
Now, in recognition of her work, Susan has been given a prestigious Long Service Award.
Raj Boodhoo, general manager of Chalfont Lodge, said: “We’re delighted to be celebrating 25 years of loyal service with Susan. She has demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and
its residents year after year.
“I speak for all of us here at Chalfont Lodge when I say that I’m looking forward to many more years of working with Susan!”
Adele Keenan, employee services director at the care home’s parent company Barchester, said: “I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Susan has achieved this milestone.
“It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
