The weather outside may be frightful, but Kings Langley Community Choir’s concerts have certainly been delightful this festive season.
During the Christmas lights switch-on on Saturday, November 22, the choir filled the air with favourite carols and seasonal songs, creating the perfect festive soundtrack for residents browsing stalls and tucking into winter treats.
With an assortment of songs and carols, the choir warmed souls with their musical accompaniment to the evening.
Now, their headline event is fast approaching with the Season to Sparkle concert taking place at 7.30pm on Friday, December 12, at St Lawrence’s Church in Abbots Langley.
The choir will join forces with the Hemel Hempstead Band for an evening guaranteed to lift spirits and start the season in style.
While membership swelled thanks to the recent Come and Sing Event, the choir is hoping new members will come along at the start of the new year “to harness the joys of community singing”.
