Inspirational volunteers from Croxley Green Scout Group (CGSC) have been recognised at a special awards ceremony.
Six volunteers, who have more than 100 years of voluntary service between them, were celebrated by CGSC as they reached significant milestones.
Award winners included Neil Wheeler with 40 years of service, Michael Roffe with 30 years, Colin Roffe with 15 years, Annette Collins with 10 years, and Phil Seidler and Toby Batchelor with five years each.
Sarah Arnold, from CGSC, said: “This is an amazing achievement, and we are very grateful to all our volunteers as we could not run all the sections without our uniformed leaders and parent helpers.
“All our sections are currently oversubscribed with waiting lists, and we are actively looking for more local volunteers to come forward and become leaders so we can open up more opportunities for young people in the area.
“Full training is given if you are interested in becoming a uniformed leader.”
