Residents of a Pinner road are frustrated at having to continually pick up rubbish dumped outside their homes.
In recent months, rubbish bags have been frequently dumped in Hillview Road. Despite many houses being fitted with Ring cameras, no footage of the culprits has been captured.
One resident, who wished to remain anonymous, told Pinnernews: “We get bags upon bags of rubbish weekly. We report it to the council, but nothing gets done.
“We’ve had to go and pick up all of the rubbish for more than a month. We have an amazing neighbour, Phillip, who organises the picking up of the rubbish. He’s fantastic.
“We have a stream that runs through a lot of our houses, so of course we have a big rat population as it is. What we don’t need is rubbish strewn on the road, because animals come and rip it open and then it’s everywhere.”
Harrow Council has been contacted for comment.
