Emergency services were called to Apsley station yesterday (Thursday, January 15) at around 7.45pm following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Officers attended the scene alongside paramedics, but sadly, a person was pronounced dead at the location.
British Transport Police confirmed the incident is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.
