A new musical is coming to the Pump House theatre in Watford next month, co-produced by world-renowned choreographer Dame Arlene Phillips.
Dame Arlene has joined Paul Morrissey Ltd and the Pump House Trust in association with Harlequin Theatricals to bring Toys to Watford.
From late musical maestro Phil Edwards – known for Miss Saigon, Starlight Express, and Saturday Night Fever – and with a cast of stars from the biggest West End shows, Toys is a story of courage, friendship, and the power of imagination.
The story follows a lonely young girl who discovers the world of Ludus and embarks on a magical adventure with toys from her childhood.
Dame Arlene said: “I’ve been involved with Toys for many years, with the super-talented and much-missed Phil Edwards. I am delighted that Paul Morrissey and I can start the adventure of Toys coming to life and I’m thrilled to be producing this show with him.”
Toys will run from Wednesday, December 4, to Tuesday, December 31. To get your tickets, head to www.pumphousewatford.co.uk/events/toys-the-musical
