Officers investigating the theft of a parcel from a doorstep in Watford have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.
It happened in Kilby Close just after 2.20pm on Friday, October 16, when a parcel containing printer ink cartridges was taken from the victim’s doorstep.
PC Greg Reynolds, who is investigating, said: “We are keen to locate and identify the man pictured as we believe he was in the area at the time and may have vital information for us. If you recognise him, please get in touch as soon as you can.”
