Emergency services were called to Northwood Hills Station after a person was injured on the tracks yesterday.
The person was injured at the station on Noel Street in Northwood around noon and he was then taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Northwood Hills station at 12.14pm (October 1) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended, and a person has been taken to hospital for treatment.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 12.13pm to reports of a person injured by a train at Northwood Hills station.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a medic in a car, an incident response officer, a clinical team leader, and hazardous area response teams. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.
“A man was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital as a priority.”
