If your New Year’s resolution includes getting healthier, discovering a new hobby or reconnecting with your community, Kings Langley Community Choir might be the ticket to hit the right note in 2025.
Last term was a whirlwind festive season, including a sparkly December concert at St Lawrence’s Church in Abbots Langley, where it raised an impressive sum for Support for Malawi and church funds.
Now, the choir is back in full voice and Tuesday evenings ring with warm harmonies, friendly chatter and musical momentum as rehearsals gather pace.
New members are welcomed with open arms, whether you sang yesterday or decades ago.
There’s no audition or pressure, but an enthusiastic group who love singing together.
With a lively programme planned for spring, there’s ample time to learn new pieces before the choir takes to the stage again.
A highlight will be its musical evening on Sunday, March 22, when it joins forces with the Harrow Apollo Male Choir for a night packed with uplifting songs.
