Emergency services rushed to Cokes Lanes in Little Chalfont to report of a serious collision involving four cars last month.
Four people were involved in the serious crash, with two having to be cut out of vehicles using specialist equipment and being taken to hospital. The four-vehicle crash happened just after 6pm on Monday, 23 May.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue said: “One appliance and crew from Amersham and one from High Wycombe attended, along with an officer.
“Three men and two women were out of their cars when they arrived.
“The firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment and RTC rescue equipment to release two further women, injured, who were passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
“The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to the injured women and made the scene safe. The road was closed while they worked at the scene.”
Thames Valley Police who also attended the scene declined to comment.
