The second event was the Vitality 10k on Sunday, September 24, for which Rick was joined by his sister Kirstie Wilmott and his friend Sam Bridge. Together, they raised more than £1,000.
Altogether, Rick has raised more than £6,000.
Rick said: “PSSC is a charity close to my heart as not only did they look after my dad before he passed away, but they are also looking after my mum.”
