Property guru shares the love with Pinner agents

A famous face from the World of popular TV property shows recently worked with multi-award winning estate agents Gibbs Gillespie’s Pinner office on a show to be aired this week. Phil Spencer, who co-presents Channel Four programme, Love it or List it with Kirsty Allsopp, spent a morning with staff from the agents’ Pinner sales office. The idea behind the show is that Phil and Kirsty battle it out to convince homeowners to either sell or refurbish their property. Phil was accompanied by the office’s Property Marketing Manager, Liam Byrne, as he looked at a house in St Michael’s Crescent. Liam said: “The production company contacted us and asked if we would be interested in taking part and showing Phil one of our properties. We selected a lovely four bedroom semi detached for him to visit. “Phil’s a nice guy and it was a pleasure working with him. “We had met previously at an awards ceremony so we had a chat about that. Love it or List it is broadcasts on Tuesday 19 May on Channel 4 at 8pm.
