This week, My Abbots News reporter, Leigh Smith, will be holding a surgery in the village to listen to readers and businesses with their stories. Leigh is the lead reporter for My Abbots News and readers will have the chance to speak to her on May 22 from 10am to 12pm at Deli-Licious on Langley Parade, High Street. Leigh said she is looking forward to meeting people from the village and find out more. She said: “I have been lead reporter for Abbots for almost a year and I really love the area and it is great how varied the stories in the village are. “We get a lot of feedback from readers about the stories that go into the magazine so this is an opportunity for me to meet residents face to face. “I want to make it as easy as possible for our readers to get in touch with us so if you’re in Abbots Langley on May 22, please come to the surgery to tell me what you want to say in the magazine. “You can contact me with your news, views and opinions on anything and everything in Abbots. I’d be equally pleased to hear from readers with suggestions how the magazine could be improved and what they’d like to see in our pages.” You don’t have to wait till May 22 to get in touch with Leigh. Give her a call at any time on 01442 220190. You can also email her at leigh@mynewsmag.co.uk
