Watford public relations specialist Lawrence Rosenburg is bringing his charm, wit, and sharp instincts to the small screen as he competes in Season 20 of The Apprentice, which launched on Thursday, January 29.
His business plan is to modernise the public relations sector through intelligent automation, giving PR professionals the tools to complete more work, without burning out.
Recognised in PRWeek’s 30 under 30 for his contributions to the industry just three years into his career, Lawrence is admired for his mix of ambition and authenticity. His wife once told him: “Nobody’s ever a stranger to you, you treat everyone like you’ve known them your whole life.”
This has become a philosophy he now carries into every meeting, pitch, and challenge. Those who work with him describe him as confident and quick-thinking, but also genuinely personable.
Away from the office, he is guided by curiosity and a constant desire to find better ways of doing things, a mindset that has earned him respect in the fast-paced world of PR.
Asked why he deserved Lord Sugars’ investment, Lawrence said: “I don’t need Lord Sugar, Lord Sugar needs me…I’m obviously kidding – I’m not going to be that guy. My business plan isn’t just about building a successful company; it’s about transforming an industry for the better and bringing it into the 21st century. If Lord Sugar can see my vision, then I’d love to have him on board.”
Now viewers will see whether his people skills, creativity, and determination are enough to impress Lord Sugar and carry him to the top of The Apprentice boardroom.
