A Volkswagen Polo and a motorbike were seized in Little Chalfont yesterday.
Thames Valley Police Chiltern and South Bucks confirmed that the vehicles were taken from The Bramblings area of the village.
It happened on the evening of Sunday, January 10, due to alleged reports of anti-social behaviour.
The police’s twitter account informed residents about the incident and tweeted: “The polo driver didn’t fancy hanging around when he spotted us, parked it in a hedge and legged it.”
It was also confirmed that the motorbike was hidden nearby and had had its chassis number scratched off.
Anti-social behaviour is behaviour that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more people not in the same household.
It also includes fear of crime or concern for public safety, disorder or nuisance.
