A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH) after police were called to reports of a stabbing on Ruislip High Street on Saturday, February 1.
Police and the London Ambulance Service were called at around 3.29am to reports of a stabbing.
A 24-year-old man with stab injuries and a 28-year-old woman with a head injury were taken to hospital. Both have now been discharged from hospital with injuries that were assessed as non-life-threatening or non-life-changing.

The Met Police say that enquiries are ongoing. This was an isolated incident, and the parties were known to each other.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.32am on Saturday, February 1, to reports of two injured people in the High Street, Ruislip.
“We sent two ambulance crews and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene.
“We treated a man and a woman at the scene and took them to hospital as a priority.”
