Flat resident warns “tie down your furniture if this man enters your flats” after a spate of thefts on the ground floor of a 14-block complex have occurred over the past month.
The multiple robberies were made by the same man over the course of two weeks, according to Radlett residents. Once at the end of May and another on June 6.
One unnamed woman who lives in the flat block said: “A couple of weeks ago a huge fake plant was taken from the ground floor of the block of flats I live in, in Radlett.
“Today a young man blatantly came in through the front door and took two small tables and a plant. We have CCTV of him taking the tables and walking up the steps outside the front door.
“These are expensive items which belong to the residents. He is a thief. I would tie down your furniture if this man is able to enter your block of flats!”
