A display has been created in the Croxley branch of the Co-op Food, created by people who are helped by a charity the shop is fundraising for.
One of the Watford Road shop’s three local causes that they help support every year is Guideposts, based at Henry Smith House in Watford.
Guideposts’ central hub provides a safe refuge for those living with mental health problems, dealing with learning disabilities and suffering from dementia, aiming to improve wellbeing, help them find a purpose, and reduce their social isolation.
One of the many activities that take place at Henry Smith House is an art group, and work created by the group is now on display in the Co-op shop.
Anyone wishing to support Guideposts can do so when doing their shopping at the Co-op and choosing the charity as their local cause. To find out more, visit www.guideposts.org.uk
