Northwood Residents’ Association (NRA) is set to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) next month.
All residents and businesses in the local area are welcome to attend the AGM, which will take place at Northwood Methodist Church at 8pm on Thursday, April 18.
The AGM will allow people across Northwood to find out what the NRA has been up over the past year in its quest to aid the local community.
Subjects up for discussion will include committee elections, NRA’s reports from 2023, and an open forum with local councillors and the Northwood Policing Safer Neighbourhood Team.
There will also be two guest speakers at the AGM. The first is Hillingdon councillor and cabinet member for residents’ services, Eddie Lavery, who will be giving a talk about waste and recycling issues in the borough.
The second is David Simmonds CBE, MP for Northwood, Ruislip and Pinner, who will be discussing the work he has done over the past year.
