Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dashcam footage following a serious road traffic collision in Radlett.
The incident occurred on Watling Street at around 1.30pm yesterday (Tuesday, June 27).
It is reported that a gold Vauxhall Grandland and a pedestrian were in collision on the southbound carriageway.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and no arrests have been made.
Sergeant Timothy Davies, from the Road Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
“Did you see what happened, or have any information that may help our enquiries? Additionally, if you were driving in the area and have a dashcam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded come crucial footage that could assist our investigation.”
