Published on: 27th March 2023   |   By: News Bulletin   |   Category: Uncategorized

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Radlett.

Sometime between 6pm on Thursday, March 9, and 5am on Friday, March 10, an outbuilding behind the Royal Mail sorting office in Watling Street was broken into. Nothing was taken.

PC Michael Morris, who is investigating, said: “Thankfully, the offender(s) left empty-handed, and our enquiries are continuing at this time to trace them.

“I am appealing for anyone with information which may assist us to please come forward. Did you witness any suspicious activity in the area? Have you captured something of note on a dashcam? Any information at all could prove key to progressing enquiries.”

Anyone with information is asked to please contact PC Morris at michael.morris@herts.police.uk

You can also report information online, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/19900/23.

Alternatively, you can stay 100 per cent anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form.
