The annual Croxfest is an event many residents look forward to each year, and 2025 is set to bring more music, magic and memories.
Following last year’s successful bash, festival organisers are now asking residents to sign up to help, stressing “no volunteers – no Croxfest”.
Speaking to CROXLEYnews, the event organisers shared: “Croxfest is organised, run, and hosted by a small team of amazing volunteers. As a Community Interest Company, Croxfest CIC need to raise approximately £25,000 to cover the event cost.
“The current organising committee meet once a month but cannot sustain the workload required to put on Croxfest 2025 and ensure its success.
“We desperately need new volunteers to join our committee, ensure we can deliver Croxfest in 2025, keep it a free-to-enter event and to help secure the festival’s longevity.
“We are seeking volunteers who have experience in sponsorship and fundraising, event management, stage/music/hosting experience, volunteering and car parking. If you can help, please email us at eventorganiser@croxfest.co.uk or call Team Croxfest on 07770 464853 and leave a message.”
