Detectives are trying to identify a man who may have been in the area of a suspicious incident in St Albans city centre.
It appears that a woman was followed in Upton Avenue at 5.30pm on Wednesday, January 8.
A woman was also followed in Townsend Drive just after 5pm on Thursday, January 9.
