Residents are being urged to get their vaccine today at a walk-in clinic In Watford open to anyone over 18-years-old and eligible.
The walk in Pfizer vaccination clinic located at Stanborough Park Church on St Albans Road is open until 7:30pm tonight.
Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor said: “Getting a vaccination will protect you and your loved ones. It will also mean businesses can reopen fully, supporting local jobs and making it possible for more people to enjoy sporting events, cinemas and theatres.
“We all need to play our part by getting vaccinated when it’s our turn.
“I am really pleased we have this walk-in clinic today. It is open to anyone aged 18 and over and no appointment is needed.
“Please get your vaccine today – it really is the best thing any of us can do to help get the number of COVID cases down, which will mean the remaining restrictions can come to an end.”
