Published on: 27th January 2018   |   By: Jason Allen   |   Category: Uncategorized

Officers investigating an incident of indecent exposure are releasing an e-fit of a suspect and are appealing for the public’s help to identify him.

At around 1pm on Friday, January 19, the victim was waiting at a bus stop in Batchwood Drive, St Albans, when the offender approached the bus stop where he sat down, exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately.

Detective Constable Paul Edmondson, who is investigating, said: “The victim in this case was understandably left upset and shaken by the incident.

“I’m appealing for anyone who recognises the man pictured to get in touch as you may have information that can assist our investigation.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Edmondson by emailing paul.edmondson@herts.pnn.police.uk, calling the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference F1/18/314 or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/report.

Alternatively, you can contact the independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or through their Anonymous Online Form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information cannot be traced or recorded and you will never need to go to court.
