Dog stolen from van

Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a dog was stolen from a van in St Albans. 

Between 4.30pm and 5.19pm on Wednesday, January 23, when a French bulldog named Roxy was stolen from her owner’s white Ford Transit that was parked at the Noke Thistle Hotel on Watford Road.

The victim returned to his car to find a window had been smashed and his dog had been taken.

Roxy was wearing a blue collar with a bow tie on it.
