Northwood FC’s FA Cup run was short-lived this year as Longlevens knocked them out with a slim Preliminary Round victory today (Saturday, August 24).
Longlevens, who were knocked out of the competition in this stage last year, got their revenge as they beat Northwood 1-0 in a tight contest.
The Gloucestershire outfit, who hosted Northwood, took the lead in the 75th via Brad Martin, leaving little time for the away side to get back into the game.
Northwood next take on Bracknell Town on Monday (August 26), kick off at 3pm.
