Police are appealing for witnesses after a man has been left with serious injuries to his arm following an assault in Cassiobury Park, Watford.
The incident occurred in the park at 7.45pm on Friday, July 12, and is believed to be a targeted attack.
The victim, a man aged in his 40s, received a serious stab wound to his arm.
It is believed three men, described as Asian, were carrying weapons.
Detective Constable Bradshaw, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “We are appealing for anyone with any information to come and speak to us so we can piece together exactly what happened on Friday evening.
“If you were in the park or surrounding area and saw the victim or the three men, please do get in touch with us. If you know who may be responsible, we would also like to speak to you”.
