Leavesden-based nursery The WonderWorks has unveiled its unique offering to the wider public, providing spaces for local children to enjoy a rich and wonderful play-based curriculum in a state-of-the-art Ofsted-registered educational facility, housed at the famous Warner Bros. Studios.
The brainchild of actress, Charlotte Riley of Peaky Blinders, and business partner Mark Radcliffe in 2015, The WonderWorks was set up with the purpose of supporting families working in film and television.
The WonderWorks offers a child-centred learning from qualified and professional teachers for children from birth to five-years-old, as well as holiday clubs for older children, aged five to 11-years-old.
Charlotte Riley said: “We are thrilled to bring The WonderWorks to the local community. We have worked hard to create a nurturing and inspiring environment that allows children to grow and develop, and I feel proud of what we’ve achieved so far.
“Our children are happy, engaged and stimulated, and we are delighted to be able to offer a unique flexible situation for working parents in the Watford area.”
Emily Stillman, of Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden, added: “The Wonderworks offers first class childcare and it’s great that this service will now be available to local parents. As a studio, we are focused on supporting those in our community, so to have this state-of-the-art facility available on site is something we are delighted to share with the public.”
