WATFORD STABBING: Man charged with the murder of Luke O’Connell

A 19–year–old man has been charged with the murder of Luke O’Connell. 

Luke died in hospital following an incident on Gammons Lane in Watford which occurred just before 3am yesterday (August 31). 

Hamza Shah of Hagden Lane, Watford will appear before Hatfield Remand Court tomorrow.
