Kings Langley Community Choir (KLCC) recently held a “sensational” sold-out concert to end the summer season.
At St Paul’s Church in Chipperfield, KLCC joined Rickmansworth Players’ Choir for a joint production titled Kings & Players.
Rickmansworth Players displayed their distinctive harmonic style throughout the first half, followed by KLCC performing an eclectic mix of 10 numbers concluding with Queen’s Somebody To Love.
The evening ended with the combined choirs singing Elbow’s One Day Like This and Anthem from the musical Chess.
Moving into autumn, KLCC has a busy term ahead, beginning with their Saturday morning slot at Kings Langley Library on Saturday, October 4, and then heading towards the festive season at speed.
KLCC returns to rehearsals for the autumn and festive seasons at the Baptist Church, The Nap, at 7.30pm on Tuesday, September 9.
