A Radlett homeowner came up with a unique way of getting help to sell his property – by using a vlogger (video blogger).
Jon Compton and Michelle Winny enlisted the help of property and lifestyle vlogger, Lucy Flight, to sell their property.
Lucy was given the keys to the homeowner’s four-bedroom end-of-terrace house last month to create a Try Before You Buy experience for prospective buyers online.
During the experience, Lucy documented her overnight stay by vlogging and posting on her social channels, to provide a view of what it would be like to live in the home to her followers.
The experience was organised by HouseSimple, the online estate agent, as a pilot offering and aims to help attract buyers and speed up the sale of the property.

Jon, a content production specialist, said: “Our house has been on the market since December 2017. We chose to list on HouseSimple because we’ve used the platform previously – the price and user experience were key factors for us in choosing HouseSimple.
