Six people were arrested following the discovery of stolen vehicles in Watford.
On Thursday, January 19, police were informed that the tracker on a stolen Porsche had activated in the Clive Way area of the town.
Officers attended and the vehicle was located at an industrial estate, along with a BMW X5 which had also been reported as stolen. A signal jamming device was found on the passenger seat.
A number of other vehicles were present at the location which are also suspected to have been stolen.
Six men were subsequently arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to steal motor vehicles and have been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
Inspector Matt Langley said: “Thanks to a quick response from officers we were able to locate and recover two stolen vehicles and make several arrests.
“An extensive investigation has now been launched and is continuing at this time. If you have any information which may assist, please get in touch.”
