Missing man from Watford found

A man who had been reported as missing from his home address in Watford has been found. Eighty-year-old Usko Rinta-Aho had been last seen at around 9am today (Wednesday, September 17) but, following an appeal from the police, was found safe at around midday. Officers would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
