Police officers searching for a missing person from Watford found a body earlier this morning (Thursday, January 11).
A police spokesperson said: “We are sad to report that a body believed to be that of missing Daniel was found by police in woodland earlier this morning.
“Daniel, 30, had been reported missing from Watford on Wednesday, January 3.
“Formal identification is yet to take place but Daniel’s family have been informed and are being supported by our officers.
“We are not treating the death as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
“Our thoughts are with Daniel’s family and friends at this very difficult time.
“We please ask that they are given privacy as they mourn their loss.”
