Two 16-year-old boys, one from Watford and the other from Northwood, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Police are releasing images of a male they would like to speak to as part of their ongoing enquiries into a series of robberies and attempted robberies in Watford and Three Rivers.
Detectives from the Local Crime Unit are currently investigating the series, which incorporates 11 offences, committed near Moor Park, Watford and Northwood railway stations, between October and November 2019.
Detective constable Rob King, from the Three Rivers Local Crime Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we have already made two arrests as part of the investigation.
“We would like to identify the male pictured, as we believe he could have vital information to assist our ongoing work. If you recognise him, please get in touch.”
