A man and a teenage boy have been arrested and charged with a number of offences in connection with thefts from vehicles in Hemel Hempstead and Kings Langley.
Daniel Pursglove, aged 30, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of vehicle interference and one count of theft from motor vehicle
These relate to incidents in the Hemel Hempstead area between November 24 and November 26.
Following charge, he was released on conditional bail and is next due to appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on January 21, 2019.
A 17-year-old boy of no fixed address has been charged with six counts of theft from motor vehicle, four counts of vehicle interference and one count of theft from a shop
These charges relate to a number of incidents in the Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley and Tring area between November 5 and November 26.
The 17-year-old has been released on bail and is due to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on January 4, 2019.
