Offenders scaled a school wall and stole tools from a van in Chorleywood.
On Herts Connected last month, Hertfordshire Police shared that on Wednesday, November 27, offenders “climbed over a wall” at Christ Church Chorleywood C of E School where the van was parked. They took “tools from the van, whilst the victim was carrying out work”.
Residents who may have information about the incident are asked to contact police via the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime number41/100627/24. Alternatively, you can give information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Following the report, the police have shared advice on how to prevent similar incidents, including ensuring doors and sunroofs are locked, not leaving valuables in cars, and using immobilisers.
