The fourth Croxfest is announced

The date for a music festival quickly becoming one of the village’s central calendar fixtures has been confirmed. Croxfest, which is now in its fourth year, will take place on The Green on September 6 from 12 noon to 8pm – with Heart FM 96.6 confirmed as the festival’s radio partner. Financial support for the festival has again been secured through the parish council, which will pay a £5,500 subscription to the Croxley Green Society this financial year.  My Croxley News is again among the event’s sponsors, who include KH Decorators, FBP Limited, Gibbs Gillespie, Croxley Business Park, Grosvenor Estate Agents, P.I.A Insurance Brokers and Ben Guest Services.   Sponsoring for the event has also been secured from R Taylor and Son Fencing, Croxley Community Club, New Road Dental and Carters Carpentry.   Festival organisers have been inundated by more than 60 acts looking to perform on the day, but are still looking for others who wish to apply.   If you are interested in sponsoring the event email croxfestsponsorship@yahoo.co.uk or if you would like to be considered for a slot email croxfestbands@yahoo.co.uk   Read the full story in March’s My Croxley News
