Chorleywood Christ Church is relaunching its popular summer youth event, Real Summer, after two years away due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Taking place between August 16-19, it is aimed at in Year 6 to 11 from the village and the surrounding areas.
Attendees can expect several days of fun events, such as a colour chaos party, laser tag and a slip ‘n’ slide. There are also various zones throughout the space, focusing on activities such as video games, sports and designing.
A diner will also be on site, with food cooked by a professional chef and a worship session following the main event of every day.
Christ Church youth minister Josh West said: “We are so excited to welcome youth this summer to our event; we are so pumped for it and have missed running it over the last few years due to COVID-19.”
With more than 100 young people having attended the event previously, it can be a useful event for those going into secondary school this autumn to make new friendships before school, as well as a great experience for all.
Tickets cost £50 per person, and the event will run between 12.30pm-8pm every day. More information, including how to sign-up, is available at www.real-summer.co.uk
