Police are appealing for witnesses, information and dashcam footage following a road traffic collision on the A41.
Police were called at around 9.20pm on Tuesday, March 25, to reports of a road traffic collision on St Albans Road, involving a white Volkswagen Crafter van and a pedestrian on a scooter.
The van was seen prior to the incident travelling on the A405 from the direction of the M25.
The pedestrian riding the scooter, an 18-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Sergeant Nicholas Kane, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and I am appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
