An Abbots Langley business has been heralded as the most reliable electrical contractor as part of the Great London Enterprise Awards.
Red Top Electrical, an electrician service covering Watford and the surrounding areas, was awarded the Most Reliable Domestic Electrical Contractor 2022.
Matthew Crabb, owner, said he was blown away to receive the award recognising his customer service.
Speaking to AbbotsNews, Matthew said: “I wasn’t actually expecting to win, I was pleasantly surprised.
“The award was mainly based on customer service, which for me is delivering a high quality or work at a fair price for customers, if I can I will do things for free.
“I am trying to change how people view electricians and tradesman and change the image of unreliability. I am employed an admin assistant so I can give my customers full attention when I’m on the job.”
