Three players from Tring Squash Club (TSC) helped to secure first and second place at an intercounty competition last month.
On May 11 and 12, Berkhamsted Lawn Tennis & Squash Rackets Club hosted the inaugural weekend of the UK Racketball Masters Intercounty Team Championships, where a selection of players were chosen to represent Hertfordshire.
TSC players, ladies captain Jo Preston, Katie Winterstein and Steve Malduca, were part of the Hertfordshire teams.
Jo and Katie were in the winning Hertfordshire O40 women’s team, claiming their victory following a 2-1 win over Essex, Avon and Oxfordshire.
Steve, meanwhile, helped the Hertfordshire men’s team secure second place.
