With Northwood FC currently sitting at the bottom of the South Central Division table, they didn’t put up much of fight and lost 3-0 at the AcreTweed Stadium at the hands of Chipstead FC today (November 9).
The Surrey visitors took a 10th minute lead through Sam Bell. At half time, the Woods will have been disappointed with their performance and lack of chances created.
Chipstead FC added two more after the break, with Tom Collins and Kyan Nicholls netting to comfortably take the points.
At full time, the Woods took to Twitter to say: “Another poor home performance by the Woods. Away team looked comfortable in large parts. Dominated the match and could have scored more.”
Northwood FC are playing at home again on November 12 against Uxbridge FC.
