POLICE APPEAL: Man on Beryl bike attempts burglary in Croxley

Police are investigating and appealing for witnesses after a report of an attempted burglary in Croxley Green.

The incident occurred between 11.20pm on Sunday, January 19, and 12.20am on Monday, January 20. A male on a Beryl bike has been captured attempting to gain entry to the victim’s property on Watford Road.

This male was then seen leaving towards Rickmansworth Road.

Detective Constable Emily Blow, from the Local Crime Unit, said: “I am appealing to anyone who might have witnessed this occur, or anyone who has CCTV of the area which might have captured something significant.

“I am also appealing to anyone who might be a victim of a similar incident to contact me.”
