Mental health group Man Made held its first session of the new year at the end of January.
Man Made is a mental health group which provides a safe and non-judgemental space for men to discuss their mental health struggles. According to the group, around 12 people turned up to each gathering in 2024 and they welcomed around 188 men in total.
The group’s first meeting of this year took place at Leavesden Country Park on Thursday, January 23.
In a post on Facebook, Man Made said: “From April 2024 to December 2024, we had the honour of welcoming 188 incredible men through our doors. Each one on their own unique journey of self-growth, striving to become the best version of themselves.
“What truly made this experience special was seeing new faces each week.
“We’re all about welcoming men from all walks of life and providing a space to share, learn and evolve together.”
