Police are concerned for the welfare of a man who is currently missing and was last seen in Watford.
Mateusz Gozdz, 32, was discharged from Watford General Hospital at around 10pm on Monday, November 18.
Officers also understand that Mateusz did not return to his home address in Feltham, Hounslow.
Mateusz has not been reported missing before and his family has said this is highly out of character for him. Police enquiries continue.
Mateusz is 5ft10 and was last seen wearing dark trousers, a black and white flannel jacket with a hood, and dark boots. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who may have seen Mateusz or who has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 101 and quote 01/1104920/24.
Officers are also asking anyone specifically in the Watford, Feltham and Croydon areas with CCTV or doorbell cameras to check their footage for sightings of Mateusz.
