Matt Turmaine, MP for Watford, laid a floral tribute and lit a candle in memory of the Bushey murder victims, Carol, Hannah and Louise Hunt on Friday afternoon.
Mr Turmaine attended St James’ Church in Bushey High Street following a vigil and service earlier in the day to light a candle in their memory.
He then placed flowers at the entrance to Ashlyn Close, together with a hand-written personal note of condolence to the family.
Mr Turmaine MP said: “Obviously these murders were heinous crimes against women. Lighting the candle and laying the flowers can perhaps in some small way provide comfort to the family at this absolutely dreadful time. My thoughts and prayers are with them.”
